Location: Subiaco – Free Parking
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $100,000 + superannuation + performance-based bonuses

Our client is a well-established corporate communications and investor relations consultancy based in Subiaco. They specialise in supporting ASX-listed organisations with strategic communication, digital engagement, and stakeholder messaging. Known for their collaborative, embedded approach, they work closely with client teams to deliver high-quality, timely communications in fast-paced environments.

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a **Digital Communication Coordinator** to join a growing communications consultancy supporting corporate and listed clients.

This is a hands-on digital communications and marketing role focused on content creation, social media management, digital campaigns, and performance reporting. You’ll work across multiple platforms and collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear, engaging, and on-brand communication.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in digital communications, digital marketing, or content coordination, ideally within an agency or professional services environment.  However, this is not essential.

Key responsibilities

Digital content & communications
 
  • Create, edit, and schedule engaging digital content across social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and communication strategies
  • Assist with copywriting for blogs, EDMs, social posts, and digital campaigns
  • Support content planning calendars and campaign rollouts
  • Support the coordination and creation of webinars







Social media management
 
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate where required
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and best-practice content formats

Campaign coordination & support
 
  • Assist in the delivery of integrated digital campaigns from concept through to execution
  • Coordinate with designers, strategists, and account managers to meet deadlines
  • Support paid digital campaigns with organic content and reporting insights

Analytics & reporting
 
  • Track and report on digital performance using tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and platform dashboards
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach
  • Assist with monthly client reporting and internal performance reviews

Brand & quality assurance
 
  • Ensure all digital communication meets brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Proofread content and ensure accuracy before publication
  • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints

Skills & experience
Essential:
 
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a digital communications, marketing, or content role
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Confidence using digital tools such as scheduling platforms, Canva, and Mailchimp
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience of liaising with clients

Desirable:
 
  • Agency or professional services experience
  • Understanding of paid social media and digital advertising
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance insights
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
