We are seeking experienced and motivated tradespeople to join a growing New Projects & Infrastructure (NPI) team across Western Australia.

We currently have opportunities for:

• HVAC Technicians
• Electricians

These are permanent full-time FIFO positions working an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, supporting critical infrastructure projects on mine sites.

What's Different About These Roles?

Unlike traditional village maintenance positions, these roles are focused on building maintenance and infrastructure assets located on operational mine sites. You will not be working within accommodation camps or village facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on critical site infrastructure in a dynamic mining environment while enjoying long-term employment and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on site infrastructure
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and safely
• Maintain compliance with site and statutory requirements
• Complete maintenance reporting and documentation
• Work collaboratively with site stakeholders and maintenance teams

About You

HVAC Technicians

• Relevant HVAC/Refrigeration Trade Qualification
• Restricted Electrical Licence (where applicable)
• Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Electricians

• Current Electrical Licence
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or mining environments
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Essential Requirements

• Australian working rights
• Current Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
