Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm | On-call Allowance

TCB Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join their busy team based in Applecross.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive mobilisation professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring personnel are compliant and site-ready for major mining projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Mobilisation Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of personnel across multiple mining clients, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with participation in an on-call roster shared across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of employees and contractors.
  • Arrange medicals, inductions, training and travel requirements.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is complete and current.
  • Upload and maintain employee records across client and internal systems.
  • Manage client onboarding portals and site access requirements.
  • Liaise with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure mobilisation timeframes are met.
  • Monitor training and qualification expiry dates.
  • Maintain accurate records while providing exceptional customer service throughout the mobilisation process.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Mobilisation Administrator or Mobilisation Coordinator role.
  • Demonstrated experience mobilising personnel for Rio Tinto (RTIO), BHP, Fortescue (FMG), Mineral Resources (MRL) and Hancock Iron Ore (HIO). Essential
  • Strong working knowledge of client mobilisation systems and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
