The Opportunity
TCB Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s team based in Naval Base.
This is an ongoing casual opportunity working full-time hours, ideal for a blue collar recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
We are looking for someone who can start ASAP!
About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment function across a range of roles, managing candidates through the recruitment process and working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end recruitment activities - blue collar roles with some white collar

Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates

Reviewing applications and conducting candidate screening

Conducting phone and initial interviews
-
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
-
Preparing candidate shortlists and recruitment documentation
-
Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records
-
Supporting onboarding and pre-employment processes
-
Building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Providing general recruitment support as required
About You
We’re looking for a hands-on Blue Collar Recruiter who can step in and make an immediate impact.
You will ideally have:

Previous recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Strong organisation and attention to detail
-
The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
-
A proactive, can-do approach
-
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, mining or similar environments will be highly regarded.
