Our client is a well-established WA business with over 30 years of industry success, now entering an exciting growth phase. They’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help expand their market presence and build strong partnerships across Western Australia.
This is a hands-on, field-based role (3–4 days per week) focused on winning new business, building long-term relationships, and helping drive the next stage of growth.
You’ll have the autonomy to grow your territory, strong internal support, and the opportunity to build your own sales team as the business expands.
What You'll Be Doing

Identifying and securing new business opportunities across WA

Building long-term relationships with procurement teams, operations managers, and key site stakeholders

Conducting site visits and customer meetings

Presenting practical workwear and PPE solutions

Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close

Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting
-
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in sales or business development
-
Experience selling tangible B2B products
-
Exposure to workwear, PPE, industrial supply, construction, logistics, or mining (highly regarded)

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
-
A proactive, results-driven approach to winning new business
-
Confidence dealing with procurement and operational stakeholders

Excellent time management and organisation skills
-
Full, clean driver’s licence
