This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being on-site, leading teams, solving problems, and driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
  • Lead, mentor, and support site personnel to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout construction.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian building standards and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and records.
  • Liaise professionally with Project Managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all sites.

Safety is a Priority

You'll play a key role in ensuring all work is completed safely by:

  • Conducting site inspections and hazard identification.
  • Leading toolbox talks and site inductions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all WHS legislation and company policies.
  • Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
  • Promoting best-practice safety across every project.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Trade qualification or relevant qualification in Construction or Building.
  • White Card (essential).
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience supervising construction sites.
  • Experience managing residential construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on quality, safety, and delivering results.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary package.
  • Company vehicle (or vehicle allowance, if applicable).
  • Stable, full-time opportunity with a growing business.
  • Supportive leadership team and positive workplace culture.
  • Opportunities for career progression and professional development.
  • The chance to work on quality residential construction projects across Perth.
