1. Mobilisation Administrator
Applecross | $85,000 + Super
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
Roster: 5:2 with participation in an on-call rotation (paid)
Join a busy mobilisation team supporting major mining clients across Western Australia. You'll coordinate end-to-end mobilisation, ensuring personnel are compliant and site-ready.
Key Requirements:
- Previous mobilisation administration experience
- Experience mobilising personnel for RTIO, BHP, FMG, MRL and HIO
- Strong knowledge of client onboarding systems and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
2. Mobilisation Coordinator
East Perth | $105,000 + Super
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to take ownership of the mobilisation function for a busy and growing organisation.
Working closely with recruitment, operations and clients, you'll coordinate workforce mobilisation across multiple projects while mentoring team members and ensuring mobilisation activities are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end mobilisation across multiple projects
- Coordinate medicals, inductions, travel and accommodation
- Ensure compliance with client and site-specific requirements
- Liaise with clients, employees and internal stakeholders
- Monitor mobilisation schedules and resolve issues proactively
- Support continuous improvement of mobilisation processes
- Assist with reporting and workforce planning
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mobilisation Coordinator within the mining/resources sector
- Strong understanding of mobilisation systems and client compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
