Our client is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team South of the River. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a business and keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly.
The Role
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly reception service while supporting the wider team with general administration.
Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area

Answering and directing incoming calls

Responding to general enquiries

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

General office administration and data entry

Maintaining a tidy and professional office environment

Assisting the team with administrative tasks as required

Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and approachable

Well presented with excellent communication skills

Organised and able to manage competing priorities

Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Previous reception or administration experience is highly regarded
