We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team in Applecross. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of blue-collar positions supporting major mining and industrial clients.

You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team that values initiative, teamwork and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing high-quality blue-collar candidates while working closely with clients and the mobilisation team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

This is a busy, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys juggling multiple vacancies and building strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of blue-collar positions
• Source candidates through SEEK, databases, referrals and social media
• Conduct phone screens and interviews
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies
• Liaise with clients to understand workforce requirements
• Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews
• Work closely with the mobilisation team to ensure successful placements
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the ATS
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience recruiting high-volume blue-collar roles, ideally within the mining, construction or industrial sectors
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
