About the Opportunity
TCB Recruitment is partnering with a growing engineering business in East Perth to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to support their expanding workforce needs.
With a strong pipeline of work across mechanical trades and engineering projects, this is a hands-on, high-volume role where you will play a key part in supporting operational delivery and business growth.

The Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of mechanical trades and white-collar engineering roles , working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
This role requires someone who enjoys being on the tools — sourcing, screening, and placing candidates at volume.
Key responsibilities include:-
Managing high-volume recruitment across mechanical trades and engineering roles

Sourcing candidates across blue-collar and white-collar positions

Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting

Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines

Coordinating onboarding, compliance, and mobilisation

Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce demands

Managing multiple roles simultaneously with urgency and attention to detail
