Our expert team can work with you to understand what makes your business unique, what your needs are and create a plan tailored to you.

Recruitment

Our recruitment specialists will leave no stone unturned in finding the best talent to suit your needs. Through our thorough pre-screen, interview and shortlisting process, we’ll ensure you have a talent pool at your disposal ready to do the job well.

Submission

Once we’ve identified the best applicants for the role, we’ll submit a shortlist of the most suitable candidates for the role/s. You may want a list of 10, you may want to conduct interviews or just start them on a trial, our consultative approach will find the right solution for you.

Onboarding

Once you’ve selected your apprentice, trainee we will commence the mobilisation process. Safety inductions, supply of PPE, Training Contract, TAFE enrolment, we cover it all to make sure they’re ready for day 1 so that you can continue as business as usual. 

Ongoing mentoring and monitoring:

Our Field Officers will be there for you and your apprentices from day 1 until completion. We’ll be on-site on for their first day to ensure a smooth transition into your workforce, making regular site visits to improve performance and communication, and will provide ad-hoc remote support as needed to ensure a high customer and candidate experience throughout the apprenticeship or traineeship.

Payroll and administration

We worry about everything so that you don’t have to. From simplifying the timesheet, scheduling and payroll process to records keeping and ensuring progression at TAFE, you can focus on what you’re best at, generating more value for your business.
