Michelle White and Laura Biggs bring a combined 40+ years of experience to Empowered Decision, drawing from their diverse backgrounds in recruitment, corporate management, and entrepreneurship as consultants, mentors, trainers, and senior managers.
We are confident in building and leading top-performing teams in fields like accounting, IT, law, engineering, mining, and construction.
We have delivered effective workshops and training sessions across business strategy, sales, values alignment, customer service, negotiation, and attraction and retention and are deeply involved in management coaching for both senior and up-and-coming leaders.
