As a Collections Specialist, you will play a vital role in the collections process, focusing on assisting customers experiencing financial difficulties. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers throughout their loan period, focusing on near-due and overdue accounts.
• Monitor accounts to identify borrowers who need assistance with repayment plans.
• Negotiate sustainable payment arrangements that benefit both the customer and the company.
• Handle challenging situations with empathy and clarity.
• Accurately document customer interactions and payment arrangements.
• Utilise self-management and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.

• Experience in collections is essential.
• Strong listening skills paired with a solution-focused communication style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and SMS.
