Your Role:
You'll be the architect of our client's business expansion strategy, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution. From identifying high-value prospects to identifying new sales team members, you'll shape every aspect of the growth trajectory.

**Essential Requirements: **
- Minimum 5 years of progressive business development/sales experience
- Selling to the mining/construction/logistics industries or if you are BDM within recruitment, would be advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and competitive positioning understanding
- Outstanding communication and influence skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B product sales (essential)
- Enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling experience
