**Drive aggressive new business acquisition** across untapped and existing market segments
**Upon the growth you will then build your sales team** from the ground up
**Develop comprehensive market penetration strategies** for national expansion

Your Role:
 
You'll be the architect of our client's business expansion strategy, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution. From identifying high-value prospects to identifying new sales team members, you'll shape every aspect of the growth trajectory.
 
**Key Responsibilities: **
  • Lead new business development and market expansion initiatives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market penetration strategies to establish our client’s brand in new territories and industries
  • Build robust pipelines of qualified prospects through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship development
  • Position the company as the preferred partner for tender opportunities by conducting detailed market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction

What You Will Bring:
 
**Essential Requirements: **
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive business development/sales experience
  • Selling to the mining/construction/logistics industries or if you are BDM within recruitment, would be advantageous.
**Core Competencies: **
  • Strong business acumen and competitive positioning understanding
  • Outstanding communication and influence skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B product sales (essential)
  • Enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling experience
