Our client is seeking an exceptional Workshop Coordinator to join their dynamic team in a leadership role that will truly make a difference. This exciting opportunity allows you to oversee all asset maintenance and repair operations while developing your career with an industry leader.
Location & Roster
This permanent position offers flexibility with either:
- Residential living in beautiful Port Hedland, or
- FIFO arrangements from Perth
- Attractive 2/1 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off), with potentially alternative roster options available to suit your lifestyle
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Shape maintenance excellence across the organisation
- Promote meaningful relationships with operational teams
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Trade or engineering qualifications (Heavy Diesel expertise highly valued)
- Current Australian HR Driver's License
